Veterinary Alternatives

COVID-19 Special Circumstances

An Important Message from Dr. Sue Rogers-Swaney and Dr. Julie Servaites
of Veterinary Alternatives in Centerville and Yellow Springs

We are currently monitoring the COVID-19 situation very carefully and are doing everything possible to ensure protecting the health of our clients, patients and staff. At this time, under accordance and guidance of the Ohio state government and the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, we plan to remain open to see patients for both medicine, physical rehabilitation and underwater treadmill services.
While still offering services at our practice
we are doing curbside appointments only.

One of our staff members will come to your car and pick up your pet and bring them into the clinic while the owner waits in the car. We ask that if you or family members are showing flu-like symptoms (i.e fever, cough, lethargy, shortness of breath), we ask for you to reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Please know that we are taking all precautions to keep the clinic as clean as possible (i.e. sanitizing rooms after each visit, doorknobs, and high contact surfaces), as well as ensuring staff members wash hands, take their temperature daily, avoid face contact, and wear masks.  If you require medications to be filled, but are experiencing illness symptoms, please contact the office and we can make arrangements.
We thank you for being understanding during this tumultuous time. We appreciate your continued support and wish everyone to be safe, healthy and to take care of one another.
Thank you Dr. Julie Servaites Dr. Sue Rogers-Swaney
